Cancelling an Online Order for Delivery
If you wish to change or cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our Customer Services Team on between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. To help us assist you quickly, please have the following information available:

Please note that orders are frequently processed immediately. If your order has already been packaged or dispatched, we may be unable to prevent shipment. In such cases, you will need to return the item(s) within 28 days of delivery (please refer to our Returns Policy below for more details).
If you cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the delivery charge. The cost of returning the item(s) will not be refunded.
Procedure for Returning or Exchanging an Item
To request a return, please email our Customer Services Team with the following information:

We will respond with a return authorisation number. Please print this email and include it with your item. Pack the item securely—ideally using the original packaging—and ensure all components (e.g., manuals, screws, accessories) are included.
Once the item is received, we will process your refund or arrange shipment of your replacement.

Refunds & Replacements for Online Orders
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item at our returns centre and will be issued to the original payment method.
For replacements, we aim to dispatch the new item on the same day your return is received. You will receive an email confirmation once the replacement has been shipped.
Items Ordered In-Store
If You No Longer Need an Item

Within 30 days: Most items can be returned for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition, accompanied by a valid receipt.

No receipt? Please return to the store with an alternative proof of purchase. In these cases, we can offer an exchange or a refund in the form of a gift voucher.

Special Order Items (items not regularly stocked) may be subject to a handling fee or may be non-returnable.

Personalised or custom-made items—such as number plates—cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Items that have been registered, fitted, or set up (e.g., technology products, batteries, bulbs, wipers) are excluded from this policy unless faulty.
Our 30-day returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items

Within 30 days: Return the item with proof of purchase for a replacement or refund.

From 31 days to 1 year: We will attempt to repair the product first. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or, where necessary, a refund.

Guarantees over 1 year: The same process applies for products with extended manufacturer guarantees.

Car Batteries: Because it can be difficult to determine whether the fault lies with the battery or the vehicle, we offer a one-time exchange within the first six months of purchase, even if we do not find a fault with the battery.
When an item is replaced under warranty, the original purchase date will be used to determine the guarantee period.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
