Required Information – Proof of Entitlement:
In accordance with UK legislation governing the supply of number plates, customers must provide original proof of entitlement to the vehicle registration, along with valid proof of identity.

• Our services do not include illegal spacing or any related activities.
• Please provide two documents to verify your identity, such as a driver’s license or passport.
• Proof of ownership must be provided, such as a V5 log book or retention form. If the vehicle is leased, a letter from the leasing company is acceptable.
• Please note that all road-legal plates must display our company name and BSAU details. This legal requirement applies to ex-pat customers as well.

For ease of reference, please use your vehicle registration number as your order number via email: info@thecarshopni.com. Alternatively, the documents can be clearly photographed and sent via our WhatsApp support chat channel with reference to your registration number.

• We will automatically link your document image(s) received via email or WhatsApp support chat to your order number.

Our premises operate Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm. The workshop is closed at weekends, and orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Proof of identity details will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the personal data protection requirements set out by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
